How to Delete Your Bot2000 Account

This guide explains how to permanently delete your Bot2000 account from within the mobile app. Please read all steps carefully before proceeding.

Step 1: Open the Menu

From the Bot2000 home screen, tap the menu (☰) icon located in the top-right corner.

Step 2: Go to Profile Edit

In the side menu, tap on Profile Edit to access your account details.

Step 3: Open More Options

On the Profile Update screen, tap the three-dot (⋮) icon in the top-right corner.

Step 4: Select “Delete Account”

From the dropdown menu, select Delete Account.

Step 5: Confirm Deletion

Review the confirmation message carefully, check the acknowledgment box, and tap Delete to submit your account deletion request.

Important Information

  • This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • You will not be able to log in again after submitting the deletion request.
  • If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled to prevent future charges.
  • Your account and associated data will be deleted from Shopify and Bot2000 systems.
  • Any active consultations will be closed and cannot be resumed.
