2. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or make a purchase.

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and checkout.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

  • Prices, plans, and features may change at any time without prior notice.

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify or authorized third-party payment providers.

  • For in-app purchases, billing is handled by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, depending on the platform.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Physical product shipping, if applicable, is handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Direct Purchases from Bot2000 (Website)

  • Bot2000 offers a 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee on the initial purchase only.

  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • A prepaid return shipping label will be provided via email.

  • Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

5.2 Subscriptions (Direct Purchases)

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time.

  • No partial refunds are provided for the current billing period once payment has been processed.

  • After cancellation, all future payments are stopped.

  • Subscriptions may be renewed manually through the app or by contacting Bot2000 support.

5.3 Google Play Store & Apple App Store Purchases

  • Refunds for purchases made via Google Play Store or Apple App Store are governed solely by the respective platform’s refund policies.

  • Bot2000 cannot issue or override refunds for platform-managed transactions.

  • Subscription cancellations must be completed through the user’s Google Play or Apple ID settings.

6. Account Deletion Policy

Users may request deletion of their Bot2000 account at any time.

  • Account deletion requests can be submitted through the app or by contacting info@bot2000.com.

  • Upon deletion, personal data associated with the account will be permanently removed, except where retention is required by law.

  • Active subscriptions must be canceled prior to account deletion to avoid future charges.

  • Account deletion does not automatically entitle the user to a refund, unless otherwise eligible under our Refund Policy or required by platform rules.

This policy is implemented to comply with Google Play Console and Apple App Store requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials available on Bot2000 are the exclusive property of Bot2000.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reuse any content without written permission.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity

  • Attempt to disrupt, hack, misuse, or reverse-engineer our systems

  • Violate applicable laws or third-party rights

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Bot2000 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the applicable order or subscription.
