Refund & Cancellation Policy

Bot2000 offers a 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee on the initial purchase only. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days from the date of purchase.

A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Once your return request is approved, Bot2000 will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email at no additional cost.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Bot2000 subscription at any time.

  • No partial refunds are provided for the current billing period once payment has been processed.

  • After cancellation, all upcoming and future subscription payments will be stopped.

  • No further charges will be made unless you choose to manually renew your subscription, either through the app or by contacting Bot2000 support.
